School District of Residence- Students attending PreK4Ward must live in either the Harrison County School District or the Gulfport School District. Families living within the city school districts of Biloxi, Long Beach and Pass Christian or surrounding counties are NOT ELIGIBLE for this program. The only exceptions are children of active-duty military and out of district children may attend PreK4Ward in the school district where a parent is employed.

For Harrison County School District students ONLY, indicate in order of preference your top three PreK4Ward locations from the following drop down boxes. The first choice should be the school zone in which your child will attend elementary school, unless there is specific reason for a different selection.

Has your child been provided with an Individualized Education Program/ IEP by a school district? All IEP'S must be reviewed by UWSM prior to enrollment.

All students must be toilet trained - This is mandatory to attend PreK4Ward Program
